TAKE HER NEVER FOR GRANTED

Not merely to say you love her
Not merely to attract and woo her
Not merely to use her as a statistic
She will have time to check you out
Better be sure what you’re going into.
Relationships get established
Relationships get sustained
Relationships get broken down
Relationships are investments
It is largely about her.
Relationships start with smiles
People overlook several things
All shortcomings get overlooked
The duo just explore each other
The phones keep ringing
The messages are ceaseless
Dreams are laced about each other…
Time and tide act on relationships
The guy gets what he is looking for
She is no longer his priority
She no longer receives messages
There are excuses for not calling
There are excuses for everything
And she is taken for granted!
Taken for granted means
The guy comes for her when he is ready
The guy comes to her when all else fails
The guy cares not for her emotions
The guy now treats her as an option
Then you find what a lady is made of….
She can sting like a bee
She can suck more blood than mosquito
She will deal a deadly blow on the guy
Yes, the cost of taking her for a ride
The cost of taking her for granted
Many a guy never lived to tell their tales!

Have you ever asked your Doctor for Antibiotics

When WebMD published the results of a survey on antibiotic prescribing, it hit a nerve with doctors. Overall, 77% of patients said they have never asked for antibiotics. Many doctors say that’s not what they hear.
I’m not surprised many docs don’t buy it. I have certainly felt pressure to prescribe an antibiotic when I was confident it wasn’t needed. Some patients even argue or just head over to the urgent care center to get them.
Let’s Be Honest and Listen
As a patient, you have the responsibility to be honest with your doctor and help him come to an accurate diagnosis. Doctors have the responsibility to listen and use their years of experience and expertise to diagnose and treat patients appropriately.
If you have a stuffy nose, sore throat, cough – even if you’re blowing green gunk out of your nose – you probably have a cold. An antibiotic will do absolutely nothing. You also risk side effects (and some can be serious). There’s also significant concern that over-prescribing of antibiotics may make bacteria more resistant to the antibiotics we have.
And that last time you got better a couple of days after starting the antibiotic? That would have happened even if you didn’t take an antibiotic, because that’s how colds progress.
Unneeded Antibiotics Are Bad Medicine
Doctors must take responsibility, too, and help patients understand why an antibiotic is not in their best interest — not just because the doctor said so.
The survey shows health care providers prescribe antibiotics when they’re not totally sure they’re necessary about 20% of the time. But doctors are under increasing pressure to make patients happy. Many doctors’ pay is even linked to patient satisfaction. So sometimes we give in. That’s not good medicine for the doctor or the patient.
Honestly, it’s easier for us to give you an antibiotic. And we fully understand why you might expect that. You’ve paid the co-pay, taken off of work, and made the trip to the doctor’s office. You expect something out of that effort and cost. I get that.
Instead of an antibiotic, though, I would hope that you would expect your doc’s full attention, and for her to do what’s healthiest for you. Your doctor’s rational explanations and alternatives, like holding off on antibiotics to see if you get better on your own, are based on solid science and knowledge – not just stubbornness.
And I would hope that doctors would understand where patients are coming from. Understand they feel horrible and want help. They’ve made sacrifices to get to you. Appreciate that and advise and talk to them. Don’t just tell them what to do. Some studies have shown that dissatisfaction with care was due to poor communication – not due to whether patients got an antibiotic.

How to soothe a crying baby

Pacify her: Infants have a strong sucking instinct, so a pacifier can calm your colicky baby. Bonus: Studies show binkies may help prevent sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).
Shhhh!: Making a shhh sound right in your colicky baby’s ear may calm her down. Don’t be timid — make sure your baby can hear you over her own racket.
A babyBaby massage: The soothing power of your own touch can work wonders on a colicky baby. Many babies love skin-to-skin contact. And studies show infants who are massaged seem to cry less and sleep better. Just undress your baby and use slow, firm strokes over her legs, arms, back, chest, and face. It may calm you down as well.
Shift positions: Parents tend to cradle a colicky baby face-up, but that may not help. Instead, hold her face down — with your hand under her belly and her head on your forearm. The pressure on her tummy can help relieve uncomfortable gas
Swaddling: To you, swaddling might feel like being in a straitjacket. But to a crying, fussy baby, it’s like being back in the womb. How tight do you wrap this baby burrito? Snug enough so he can’t wriggle his arms and legs free.

ALMOST 40% OF MEN SUFFER FROM SOME TYPE OF PREMATURE EJACULATION

level
level
level
level
Very common among teenagers, this level is characterized by poor masturbation habits during adolescence and preadolescence. Masturbating quickly, out of fear of being caught by someone, defeats the purpose of the ejaculatory reflex, replacing it with the need or the habit of quickly reaching orgasm. This Level is the one that is most easily and quickly solved. By following the appropriate treatment the patient can fully recover within a few days
In general, it affects young adults and, in some cases, teenagers. This Level of PE is caused by stress, anxiety, or emotional tension. Work-related or personal problems, including a demanding routine at school, may trigger Level 2 PE without any warning. Similarly to Level 1 PE this can also be easily treated when diagnosed in time.
This Level of PE is mainly caused due to development from an untreated or poorly treated Level 2 PE. Rarely, it also spontaneously affects young adults under stress. The cause of this problem is a permanent unbalance between the serotonin and dopamine levels in the brain, which excessively increases the impulse that triggers the ejaculatory reflex. This degree of PE must be immediately treated since there is a risk it may progress into a sexual disorder*, which is immensely more complex
This is the most severe PE Level, because it turns into a disorder and there are only a few online treatment alternatives that will help solve the problem. This case usually requires the direct help of a prof

Man Sends Wife Spreadsheet Of Times She Denied Him Sex

A man decided to let his wife know that he was unsatisfied with their relationship – by sending her a spreadsheet detailing all the excuses she gave for not having sex with him.
In a post on the sub-Reddit /r/Relationships, a 26-year-old woman revealed that as she was driving to the airport for a 10-day business trip, her husband (also 26) sent her an email containing the offending spreadsheet.

I open it up, and it’s a sarcastic diatribe basically saying he won’t miss me for the 10 days I’m gone. Attached is a SPREADSHEET of all the times he has tried to initiate sex since 1 June, with a column for my “excuses”, using verbatim quotes of why I didn’t feel like having sex at that very moment.
“This is a side of him I have never seen before,” she added.“Bitter, immature, full of hatred.”

She said he has cut off contact with her since sending the email.

The issue has thoroughly split the community, with no definite side being taken:

The husband has a right to be bothered with it, but he doesn’t have the right to send an email bomb like this and then completely cut off communication with his wife.
[The original poster] has been incredibly cruel and insensitive for months to her husband… [He] has decided that he is going to do something really hard in an attempt to save the marriage.

He waited until she was in a different state to say something… and then wouldn’t even answer the phone to talk to her about it! What a cowardly, childish thing to do. Talk it out, face-to-face, like an ADULT and a SPOUSE!

CARING FOR THE BRAIN

The brain directs all body functions. By taking care of the brain and meeting its needs, the health of the rest of the organ and body part is promoted.
THE BRAIN WELL- PROTECTED BUT VERY NEEDY
No organ in the body is better protected physically than the most the brain. The brain is also the most threatened organ in these special times in which we live. Trauma, infections, unbalance diets, toxins, environmental contaminants, addictive drugs, and stress all pose an increasing threat to the brain’s ability to perform its higher and complex functions.
As a result, is brain is currently the organ that requires the most protection and care.
1.          Taking care of the basic needs: Oxygen and glucose are the brain’s two basic needs, without these substances, the brain simply does not work.
2.          Healthy habits: Good hydration, regular rest, physical activity and breathing fresh air, among other habits, promote good brain function.
3.          Food for the brain: Foods definitely influence brain function. Some foods and certain plants have a confirmed neuroprotective effect, and their regular use keeps neurons in good condition.
4.          Psychological and spiritual care: For good functioning the brain also need psychological and spiritual care. All human need to love and  be loved, and in this way, brain performance improves.
